After a successful graphic design career of 29 years – I decided to dedicate myself to pursuing fine art on a full time basis. Since then I have been exploring all media and I am currently working with oils on canvas.

I go out into the bush and paint pleinair, a communion of soul and scene takes place. Back in my studio I work on the paintings and reconnect with the same passion and intensity that I found when painting outdoors. I try to simplify and abstract the landscape to its essence.
